"Vanishing" Wall Panels? – Mirror-Finish Aluminum Sheets
Mirror-finish aluminum sheets are a widely used variant of aluminum solid panels, defined as aluminum sheets whose surfaces are processed into a mirror effect through rolling, polishing and other precision finishing techniques. They are extensively applied in lighting reflectors, interior architectural decoration, solar heat collectors, household appliances, electronic product enclosures and numerous other industrial and decorative fields. Internationally, mirror-finish aluminum sheets are predominantly manufactured via the rolling process, produced as coiled aluminum or sheet aluminum for versatile application scenarios.
④ High Strength & Scratch Resistance: Retains the inherent structural strength and scratch resistance of aluminum alloys even with a high-brightness mirror surface, suitable for high-traffic decorative and functional applications.
⑤ High Reflectivity: Mirror-finish aluminum sheets achieve a light reflectance rate of 86% to 95%, making them an ideal material for scenarios requiring high-brightness light reflection such as lighting systems and decorative backdrops.
④ Fix the cross bearer keels to the main structural wall; the keel spacing is determined by the size of the mirror-finish aluminum panels, and all keels must be adjusted to a horizontal level after installation.
⑤ Clip the pre-assembled hangers on the panel keels (together with the panel keels) into the quick-splice joints of the light steel keel connection bayonets for stable fixation.
⑥ Install sealing strips around the perimeter of each mirror-finish aluminum panel to ensure airtightness, water resistance and sound insulation of the finished surface.
⑦ Conduct a flatness inspection of the whole panel system; after passing the inspection, package the panels in separate blocks, transport them to the construction site and proceed with on-site assembly and installation.
