China Potevio Building is located at Plot 9, Zhongguancun West District, Haidian District, Beijing (No. 6 North 2nd Street, Haidian). As a scientific research and office building for the headquarters and research institute of Potevio Group, it was completed in 2006 with a total construction area of 66,800 square meters and 17 floors in total. The building has 17 above-ground floors, adopts a rectangular symmetrical double-core tube structure and modern architectural style, and is equipped with raised access floors, central air conditioning and other facilities.

CapitaMall·Wusheng is Wuhan's first foreign-invested wholly-owned international shopping mall, which opened on September 28, 2012. The project has introduced international fast-fashion brands such as H&M, GAP and UNIQLO. Among them, five independent stores under i.t and some of its brands are the first stores in Central China or China.

Zhejiang Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established on February 15, 2006. The company has invested in nine enterprises spanning real estate, medical operations, financial leasing, and other sectors. Its business scope includes urban infrastructure investment, real estate project development, energy and transportation facility construction, as well as new material sales and import-export trade.

Manwan Hydropower Plant (southwest China’s large clean energy hub) had our company design/manufacture its durable, maintenance-friendly ceiling aluminum plates—boosting safety, minimizing disruption, and showing our industrial aluminum expertise.

Shuibei Jewelry Center (Shenzhen’s jewelry core, 2004-founded) had our company design/manufacture its ceiling aluminum plates—fitting its high-end style, boosting display light, and elevating its space.

As a key South China aviation landmark, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport T3 Terminal’s ceiling stands out—our innovative perforated and wood-grain aluminum panels meet high-traffic airport demands (durability, adaptability) while adding modernity and warmth.

Yifa Commercial Street, a vibrant core-business landmark (95,000㎡), links residences and transport. It integrates retail, dining, entertainment with modern-local design, needing exterior materials that balance appeal and outdoor durability.

Pazhou Media Building (Guangzhou Pazhou core, great transport links) is a skyline landmark for media, tech and exhibitions. Covering 180,000㎡, it has a 220m Grade A media office tower + commercial facilities; exterior materials are critical to its modern, innovative media-style design.
