During the conceptual design phase, we deeply engage by providing targeted material selection solutions. These are based on project attributes (public/private), functional requirements (wear resistance, impact resistance, antibacterial), aesthetic positioning (material tone, spatial atmosphere), and budget goals. We compare properties of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, and titanium-zinc panels, recommending surface treatments like anodizing, PVD coating, and anti-fingerprint finishes. Concurrently, we share a benchmark project database (covering luxury hotel lobbies, flagship stores, cultural exhibition halls, and medical spaces) to assist design teams in validating creativity and previewing technical paths through real-case data and physical presentations.
During on-site implementation, we provide a closed-loop management system of "technical briefing - process monitoring - quality acceptance": - Conduct customized craft training to explain material properties, installation precision standards, and protective measures to construction teams. - Deploy experienced technical supervisors to guide core processes (e.g., flatness control for large-area finish splicing, positioning of complex metal structures, on-site protection of special-surface components) and oversee quality.
Establish a three-tier "material-installation-effect" control mechanism, collaborating with clients, supervisors, and contractors to jointly assess visual quality (color consistency, texture, seam accuracy), physical performance (verticality of partitions, smooth operation of movable components), and design compliance, ensuring flawless execution of design intent and spatial quality.
