Can I get samples from your factory
Yes, sample is free, but the express charge is yours.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We will responsible for all the quality problems.

What is the standard of package?
Packed in neutral cartons or plastic bubbles, and shipped by sea.

What about the payment terms ?
T/T 40% TT payment in advance, and T/T 60% balance before shipment.

Where is the shipping port ?
We ship products via Guangzhou Ports and Shenzhen Ports depend on your needs

What's the delivery time ?
Usually 15-20 days after receiving advance payment.

How do you test the product before they are packed?
We have strict QC procedures. Each product will be tested by three times with professional machines before packing.

For standard products, please inform us of the product types, specification and quantity. For customized products, please show us your drawings and renderings, our designers will provide you professional services.
