When exploring material solutions for the building’s exterior, alternative aluminum applications were evaluated but ultimately deemed less suitable for the project’s unique needs. Curved aluminum baffle ceilings, while offering smooth lines that enhance spatial softness, are primarily tailored for interior spaces like circular meeting rooms or restaurants—their design focus on indoor aesthetics does not align with the exterior’s demand for weather resistance and structural stability. Aluminum hook ceilings, though lightweight, moisture-proof, fire-resistant, and easy to maintain, are optimized for indoor suspended ceilings in commercial spaces, bathrooms, or kitchens. Their surface treatments (such as spraying and rolling coating) prioritize interior decoration styles, lacking the durability required to withstand outdoor elements like heavy rain, strong UV rays, and temperature fluctuations over the long term. In contrast, our exterior wall aluminum panels address these gaps perfectly: engineered for outdoor use, they combine the lightweight advantage of aluminum with exceptional structural strength, ensuring minimal load on the building while meeting high wind and seismic resistance standards.
