    Product Description

    Sound is the sensation produced by the vibration of the eardrum. When an object or a sound source vibrates, it creates a series of pulsed pressures in the surrounding air. When these pulses strike the eardrum, they are converted into electronic signals and transmitted to the brain for decoding. In daily life, we can perceive that sound always has three main characteristics: the sound pressure level (loudness), the pitch (high or low), and the timbre (tone quality).


    When noise causes adverse effects on humans and the surrounding environment, it forms noise pollution. Since the Industrial Revolution, the invention and use of various mechanical equipment have brought prosperity and progress to humanity, but at the same time, they have also generated more and more intense noise. Noise not only causes damage to hearing but also induces a variety of carcinogenic and fatal diseases, and also interferes with people's lives and work.

    Principle of Ballesta® Hushtal Ultra-Microporous High-Efficiency Acoustic wall System

    The ultra-micro hole product applies the micro-perforated sound absorption concept proposed by Academician Ma Dayou of China. Through the ingenious arrangement of the "tibia" and "rib" in the micro-wave structure on the surface of the micro-holes, the transmission path is changed, absorbing a large amount of energy from particle impact. Moreover, due to the acoustic impedance effect of air particles passing through the oblique micro-holes, a speed difference is created in the micro-holes within the wave troughs, causing particle compression and friction, and thus the kinetic energy is lost due to penetration. After penetration, the remaining energy particles also generate particle viscous effect and diffuse interference in the cavity resonance due to the 500,000 "geometric curved surfaces" per square meter on the back, allowing the sound energy to undergo energy attenuation in the cavity resonance to achieve a good sound absorption effect.

    Outer Skins: Two thin sheets of high-grade aluminum alloy (commonly 3003H24 or 5052AH14), which provide surface durability and aesthetic flexibility. These sheets undergo treatments like fluorocarbon coating, PVDF finishing, or anodizing to enhance corrosion resistance and visual appeal.

    Honeycomb Core: A hexagonal aluminum foil core (typically 0.04–0.06mm thick) bonded between the outer layers. The honeycomb design mimics nature’s efficiency, offering maximum strength with minimal material use.

    Adhesive Layer: Advanced adhesives (e.g., thermoplastic films) securely bond the core to the skins, achieving peel strengths of up to 18N/mm for long-term reliability.
