How do you test the product before they are packed?

We use export-standard packaging to ensure product safety: each panel is wrapped with PE film + protective foam, then packed into strong plywood crates (fumigated to meet ISPM 15 standards for international shipping). For large orders, we add steel brackets inside crates to prevent movement. We also offer optional waterproof packaging for coastal regions or rainy seasons. So far, our damage rate during long-distance shipping is below 0.5%, and we provide compensation for any shipping-related damage confirmed by inspection reports.

Yes, we offer full customization capabilities. Color-wise, we can match any RAL/Pantone color or provide custom color mixing (based on your color sample). Texture options include matte, glossy, brushed, and wood-grain finishes. Size-wise, we can produce panels up to 12m in length and 1.2m in width (for flat panels) or custom curved panels with radius ≥500mm. Custom tooling fees apply for unique designs, and we’ll provide a pre-production sample for your approval.

Our aluminum panels are 100% recyclable (aluminum recycling rate over 95%), aligning with global sustainability trends. We hold ISO 14001 (environmental management system) and LEED v4 compliant certifications, which are widely recognized in EU and US green building projects. We can also provide environmental impact reports to support your project’s sustainability requirements.

We adopt a strict three-stage quality control (QC) process: raw material inspection (aluminum alloy grade 6063/6061 verification), in-production sampling (coating thickness, dimension tolerance), and final pre-shipment inspection (100% visual check + 5% performance test). We also provide a QC report for each batch, including test data of coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, and flatness, ensuring consistent quality across bulk orders.
