For large orders, we add steel brackets inside crates to prevent movement. We also offer optional waterproof packaging for coastal regions or rainy seasons. So far, our damage rate during long-distance shipping is below 0.5%, and we provide compensation for any shipping-related damage confirmed by inspection reports.

Yes, we offer full customization capabilities. Color-wise, we can match any RAL/Pantone color or provide custom color mixing (based on your color sample). Texture options include matte, glossy, brushed, and wood-grain finishes. Size-wise, we can produce panels up to 12m in length and 1.2m in width (for flat panels) or custom curved panels with radius ≥500mm. Custom tooling fees apply for unique designs, and we’ll provide a pre-production sample for your approval.
