According to the "Aluminum Veneer for Architectural Decoration" (GB/T 23443-2009) standard, the key industry parameters for 3.0mm thick fluorocarbon spray-coated aluminum veneer are as follows: Coating Thickness: For liquid fluorocarbon spray coating, the average film thickness of the second coat must be ≥ 30μm, with a minimum local film thickness of ≥ 25μm; for the third coat, the average film thickness must be ≥ 40μm, with a minimum local film thickness of ≥ 34μm. For fluorocarbon powder spray coating, the minimum local film thickness must be ≥ 30μm. Pencil Hardness: The pencil scratch hardness of the coating must be ≥ 1H. Salt Spray Resistance: After 1000 hours of acetic acid salt spray testing on a cross-scratched test panel, no corrosion spots should form on the coating surface. The corrosion flow generated at the cross-scratched line should be within 2mm on either side of the line. When peeling with tape, no coating should fall off beyond 2mm from the line. When using copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test, after 120h test, the protection level is ≥9.5.
